CHOOSE YOUR OWN CABIN: Your reservation is a category guarantee. However, do you need a cabin assigned near an elevator? Mid Ship? A specific cabin? Legendary Journeys can assign your cabin within 7 days of your confirmed deposited reservation. Your cabin can be assigned for just $35 per person. Simply advise your Reservations Agent at time of booking that you would like to take advantage of this optional feature.

LEGENDARY JOURNEYS AIR PROGRAM Standard Air: This is the FREE Air (also Low-cost add-on cities) which is included with your package. With our Standard Air arrangements, your Airline and Flight Schedule are at Legendary Journey's sole discretion. You may experience up to 2 or 3 changes of planes in each direction. Your Standard Air schedule will be made available to you approximately 7-14 days prior to the departure date of your trip. Legendary Journeys is NOT able to accept any requests for Standard Air arrangements. Please note: Standard Air does NOT guarantee that you will fly with any cross-referenced friends. Once your Standard Air schedule has been purchased, any changes made to this schedule will be at your expense.

LEGENDARY PREMIUM AIR®: Do you want to fly with your cross-referenced friends? Would you like to have a non-stop flight? Fly First or Business Class? Do you want to know your air schedule in advance? Would you prefer to fly on a specific airline to obtain Frequent Flyer Miles, or a even specific flight itinerary? Thanks to our innovative Legendary Premium Air® program you can tailor every aspect of your flight schedule to your desire! The Legendary Premium Air® service fee is just $49.00 plus any additional costs of the service you are requesting. Once you confirm your Legendary Premium Air® costs you will then have two options:

Option #1: You can pay your invoice in full now (including all Legendary Premium Air® costs) and know your air schedule within 21 days from the date Legendary Journeys receives your payment.

Option #2: You may choose to pay your invoice in full when your final payment is due. If you choose this option you will know your air schedule within 21 days from the date Legendary Journeys receives your payment. Please note: Legendary Premium Air® is non-refundable.

Want to make your own flight arrangements? Legendary Journeys offers a No-Air credit on most air-inclusive packages. Ask your Reservations Agent for details. Please Note: If you choose to make your own air arrangements, transfers from/to the airports will not be included in your package. If you wish to take our transfers you will have to pay for airport transfers separately.
